🎫Cautions for Ticket Reservation
- All seats will be assigned for this concert and you can make your reservation through the official vendor (Melon Ticket).
- You can only make reservations for this concert if you are a member of Melon Ticket website.
- You can not make reservations for this concert if you are a permanently excluded member of IU official fan club.
- Wheelchair-accessible seats can only be reserved from 10 AM of the reservation opening day with a phone call to the contact number stated below.

- In order to prevent secondary damage from those who attempt resale or illegal transactions instead of sincere purpose to attend the concert, the deadline for wire transfer payment will be limited to 23:59:59 (KST) on the day of the reservation. (However, each bank has different deposit deadlines so please be sure to check in advance to avoid any disadvantages.)
- All tickets will only be available for pickup on-site.
- Only individuals who reserved the ticket will be allowed to claim the ticket on-site and enter, and we will not allow others to claim the ticket on behalf of the person who made the reservation. Please refer to the reservation page for details about claiming your ticket.
- When collecting tickets on-site for yourself and an accompanying person after reserving a wheelchair-accessible seat, you and the accompanying person must be present together to receive both tickets.
- Modification/Cancellation/Refund for tickets can only be processed within the designated period through the official reservation venue (Melon Ticket) following the policies, and you will not be able to modify/refund your ticket on the day of the concert.
- On-site ticket sales will be limited to remaining seats after the reservations are closed.
- Please contact Melon Ticket Customer Center (1899-0042) regarding errors for fan club verification, and ticket reservation.

※ Cancellation or refund are not available if you haven’t purchased or obtained a ticket for the 2024 IU H.E.R. WORLD TOUR CONCERT IN SEOUL through its official reservation vendor(Melon Ticket). You will have the sole responsibility for any damage arising from such an act and the host, organizer, and vendor will not be held responsible for it.
※ Tickets transferred or reserved through fraudulent methods will be canceled without prior notice and you will not be able to enter the concert even if you have the ticket on the day.
※ Ticket sellers of fraudulent transactions may get prosecuted and therefore we ask the fans to voluntarily cooperate to prevent damage from such.
